Hi Emma, In response to your comments, with regards to it taking 6 months we know that the kitchen install took 3 weeks and we do apologise for the warranty taking 6 months, due to a clerical error. As we previously stressed the warranty is active from the first day that we start the installation. We were also more than happy to be able to return after the installation was complete to do some additional work for you, complimentary. Hopefully, this goes to show you the type of service that we provide and certainly from your email thanking us, it would appear you were thrilled with us. Kind regards Dino.
