Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

As was discussed with you it is indeed very distressing that Australia post could not deliver your packages for no apparent reason and it kept getting bounced around from Post Office to Post Office. thanks for your feedback. The STS TPU Guide Map Case does have a very tight seal - it needs to, to maintain a good level of waterproofing. Within time they do however "loosen" up somewhat and become easier to open and close. Best Regards, The Paddy Pallin team
