Love the bracelet however the toggle fastener keeps working loose and falling off my wrist. Not sure I can return as I have mislaid the guarantee paperwork.
Goods were dispatched and and received within 3 days (Thursday night ordered, Saturday morning delivery)
Bracelet is beautiful and good quality happy customer
Rang and asked if the earrings could be sent out that day as they were a present for a relative travelling back to New Zealand in 2 days, they arrived the next day. Excellent service.
