Thank you for your valuable feedback. On contacting the Orion Manager in question, we understand that the IQN payroll issue you had has now been resolved. Unfortunately your problem coincided with your designated point of contact being on annual leave. We did have another member of staff assigned to you (clearly stated on the out of office email), however they did not hear that you were having an issue. Apologies that you have found challenges with on set up with this payroll system. Unfortunately this lies out with our immediate control. We hope you will now have no problems with this system and please rest assured our staff are here to help you, should you encounter any future issues.
