How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good service

Pleased with everything except the fact that you take payment on order day instead of delivery day - bit of a cheek!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. We are really happy to hear that you are pleased with our service. In terms of taking payment, no payment is took our of your account until your oil is delivered. The payment for your oil is reserved from the point that your order is placed however, your payment is not officially taken until your oil is delivered, I hope this helps.
