Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, our 4 wheeler vehicle was broken down in Bedford and we did not want to leave our customers without any heating oil so rather than to delay delivery, we decided we would attempt on a 6 wheeler for you instead. I'm so pleased we managed to deliver your heating oil, we have a note on the account that it is a 4 wheeler delivery for future and hopefully we will not have any problems again. Thanks, Laura.
