구매한 제품은 안전하게 받았고 만족스러웠으나 사이트에서 제공해야하는 정보가 미비하다고 생각되었습니다. 주문 시 개인 통관 고유부호를 어떻게 제공 받아야 하는지 또 제품 수령 후 날짜나 밴드 길이 수정에 대한 자세한 설정 방법 제공이 필요하다고 생각됩니다.

제품도 서비스도 만족스럽습니다. 특히 관세 부과 부분에 대해서도 빠른 대처를 해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 이메일로 대화를 주고받는 부분이 좀 불편해서 가급적이면 카톡이나 전화 연결이 되면 좋겠습니다.
