My package was sent to the wrong address and then it was sent back to Netaya for redelivery, at least I hope. My package is over a week late and Netaya has not responded to my email about this issue...
Got an email that the item was tried to deliver and I had to reschedule when in fact, we were home that whole day ... when I clicked on the link to reschedule delivery I couldn't get anywhere ......
