Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not really setup for group bookings

Good afternoon Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the problems with the Sandbanks jetty has been challenging. When you booked, we knew that you would have to park in town as has always been the case for the bunkhouse. The ferry contract was not awarded until February in time for the island opening for summer season. The ferry prices were on the update email that was sent as well on the operator's website. We're sorry there was a further update to the baggage limits. This was sent to you on the day the ferry operator told us they would be implementing this. The shop is seasonal - we have asked the local team to review the information provided. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
