No problems booking

Booking was ok, as far as I remember. Description of the cottage could have been better, eg make it clear there were only 3 steps down to the (only) bathroom.

Booking easy but national trust made last minute changes by email and didn’t phone or give a contact number and no option for free cancellation due to their changes

Good morning Thank you for your comments. We did send an email a month prior to your stay to advise the cottage was now going to accept dogs. On that email, there were two telephone numbers and the offer to get in touch if anyone in the party had an allergy. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
