Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Simply the best! Excellent chocolates.

Possibly the best chocolates I have EVER tasted. These were beyond superb. Excellent chocolate and extraordinary fillings. I will definitely be ordering more.

Poor labelling on website

Unclear labelling on website. I intended to buy continental assortment. Got liqueur etc flavourings. Did not go down well with teetotal recipient.

I am so sorry you did not receive what you were expecting - a non alcohol selection. We have since spoken by phone and I hope resolved this issue.

As we discussed the description on our website for the Continental Truffles is 'a superb boozy selection of melt in the mouth continental truffles'.
