Hello I am sorry but we do not appear to have received an email from you.

You selected our free UK delivery for these orders. As stated on our website our free UK delivery service by Royal Mail is great value but it is not a tracked service. We do offer a variety of delivery options including a fully tracked next day delivery service. If you have any concerns that a delivery has not been received we will always be happy to make a courtesy call to check with the recipient.
