I am so sorry this order was not processed to your satisfaction. You were expecting delivery to Budapest, Hungary in time for a birthday. As explained on our delivery page our worldwide delivery service by Royal Mail is great value but is not time specific and for many countries does not provide a signature on delivery. For Western Europe at additional cost if a delivery is required urgently we can send this by courier at very competitive rates but you need to contact us for us to arrange this additional service. This faster courier service is not available for Eastern Europe.
