For £13.95 I expected a bigger box of chocolates. I was disappointed with the tea plate size for the money I paid I could get more at Thornton’s.

I sent an email after receiving chocolates but did not receive a reply there was a problem with the order there was no gluten free they were both the same selection and as I explained this could have...

I am so sorry that you are unhappy with our service - unfortunately we do not appear to have any email from you which is why you received no reply. You ordered two selections from us, one gluten free and one non gluten free. We have a rigorous check system in place to ensure that the gluten free selection is indeed gluten free - though as clearly stated on our website may contain traces of gluten as they are not made in a segregated environment. This means there is always a risk of cross contamination. Regards Philip

Amazing chocs.
