As I explained in my email to you I am really very sorry that our delivery service has not met your expectations. Your delivery to Japan was made two weeks after dispatch. This is well within the timeframe that we would expect for a delivery outside Europe. Delivery was confirmed as soon as it was made. We do not offer a timed or specific date for deliveries sent abroad. I believe we make this very clear on our delivery page on our website.

It states:

Please note that this service is not time specific. This service only provides delivery confirmation where the recipient country’s postal service has this facility. On occasion packages will be delayed by the receiving country’s customs services. This is beyond our control.

You required and expected delivery in Japan on a specific date within a particular timeframe - I am afraid that as stated on our website this is a service we do not offer. I am sorry again that we have not fulfilled the service requirements you were expecting.
