Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The chocolates have not been delivered yet. The order was shipped two weeks ago. It only has to go to France. Why is it taking so long? Will it ever arrive?

I believe Philip emailed you yesterday regarding this. If your recipient has in fact not received their order, please do call us on 01707 888123 and we will speak with the couriers to resolve this.
