The company was very good ordered the bed it come within a week but came with no side panels for the bed, had to wait a few days and arrived when they said! Good customer service. Would recommend.
Item arrived damaged and was replaced quickly and without fuss once I had provided photographic evidence. It was much appreciated.

The colour I asked for was advertised as in stock and after I paid, it was not. I was offered no discount for the bed I ended up with.

Thank you for your review but I think you may be confused as the bed frame you selected is a painted pine bed frame and you did not at any point order an oak bed frame. We did contact you after you ordered this to advise it was out of stock and you decided to wait for the stock to arrive.
As discussed we were happy to look at this re the quality as this is a first for us re the quality of this bed frame and would require images so that we can look into this but understand if you are moving you do not have the time.

Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies for this. I have contacted the courier company and they advised due to road works and the driver not being allowed access this was why he did not deliver as he was turned around. I do struggle with this though as you can obviously gain access to your property. I have taken this higher and they have confirmed that this will be delivered to you later today
