Hi James, I am sorry to hear you are not happy. You placed your order at 4 pm on the 9th of August. Our delivery details state that you must place your order by 12 midday to get next day delivery, not 12 midnight as you incorrectly thought. Your scooter was despatched on the 10th of August for next day delivery but unfortunately due to Covid challenges, Parcel Force delivered your scooter 1 day late, on the 12th of August. Throughout this delay, you were kept informed via email and over the phone.
With regards to the scooter model, I can assure you that the model you have is a genuine Segway Ninebot G30E II. To date we have not received any correspondence from you to say otherwise so can you please contact us on support@myscoot.co.uk if you wish to discuss any concerns you have.
