Delivery was slow and although past the promised dat, no email or contact was given to let me know what was happening. Once I telephoned my query, the operator was polite, informative and helpful.

Thank You for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the Specimen Box did not not arrive on the date you were promised as there must have been a delay with the supplier. I can only apologies that you were not contacted and informed. The box is actually meant to have a distressed look which is why the finish may not seem brilliant. If you were not happy with the item, you could have returned it for a full refund with 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Kind Regards Becky King Customer Services
