Hi Vivian. We make all of our products to order in 2-3 weeks and state this clearly on our website and order confirmations. This order hasn't been refunded and I can't see any refund request for it either. Would it be possible that you're confusing us with another retailer? We don't manufacture the Lainio in copper so it's not possible that you received a copper product. The Lainio is available in various brass colours, including antique brass that you ordered. Hi Stephanie. Unfortunately items do get damaged in transit from time-to-time. We do our best to package every order as thoroughly as possible though. If the lamp shade arrived damaged, we can replace this for you. I can't see any return request for this order so I'll go ahead and ask the sales team to get in contact. -Darren

It took us longer than it should to realise what the issue was and to solve it but we got there in the end! We sent you the correct replacement part and issued a full refund for the replacement that you purchased. -Darren
