What I didn't mention and I felt was important was that I really liked Gavin's approach to training. It was purposeful but relaxed and certain techniques of engaging after lunch were in my view very effective and I have had positive responses from the team. We are now implementing short workshops on each of the key topics with the team to drive home behavioral change and the 1st was completed on monday which was great to revisit
