I had dealt with ai call handler after ordering the wrong part as that was recommended and when I called to order a new part and the human I dealt with was rude and certain wasn’t helpful just told...

We are sorry to hear this. We are sorry the AI apparently provided the wrong information but it is only working on the data that was provided to it. The AI is good to a certain extent but all suggestions should be double checked. The staff were certainly not rude to you and dealt with the matter in a professional manner, without mirroring the emotion that had been injected into the call - they certainly did not "tell you off". There were seven items on the order.
