I disagree with you, you are the supplier, you state that you can supply the items it is up to you to supply the customer with the right charging details. It is unfair to charge somebody thinking that is the final price, only to come back and ask for more P&P because you as the seller have not done your home work on the item that you say that you can supply. Also I ordered another part at the same time and have been told that it would be ready for despatch until OCTOBER, again you have taken the funds for this item. Now please try to be honest and just state that on this occasion that you messed up. Yes this is a one sided review, that is the very nature of a review

There are millions of spar parts, most of them completely undocumented in any way other than appearing on a line drawing. Out of scope measurements and weights do occasionally crop up, it is nothing to do with "being honest" or "not doing homework" - sometimes exception happen and have to be paid for, you could have rejected that and gone elsewhere. Your other order is a special order and has to be paid in advance - we have not "taken funds", you have placed an order that you knew would take a while to come in. It is not a failing on our part. As we clearly cannot supply as per your time scale and expectation the order is cancelled and refunded.

This is a poor and biased review - we clearly do not stock this part which is why we did not know how much it weights, it was a Special Order item. You would be wrong to "assume" we knew the dimensions - Data from the manufacturer said it weighed 0.1kg as you can see on the order and no dimensions were provided. It clearly, in reality, weighs a lot more that that, hence we had to ask for extra postage as this is outside the scope of Royal Mail letter service. We got the part in especially for you and advised there would be extra carriage - this is not "very bad service" - you could have just said no and gone elsewhere. There really is no need for all the capital letters advising people to "think twice". The service provided by us in sourcing and supplying this part was excellent.
