Hi there I'm sorry to hear of problems with this order. I do not know the specifics about which "link" did not work, but I am interested to know so that we can fix that. Again I don't have a record of which parts were wrong - did we send them wrong or were they ordered wrongly? Please note that "Special Order" spare parts are not returnable as we have to get them in specially for the customer. I'm happy to look into this for you if you contact me directly.

The money was taken from my account on ordering but the goods not dispatched for over a week. This is not a good policy. Monies ideally should only be taken on dispatch.
