Hi thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry you feel this pipes were expensive, but unfortunately it is the manufacturer that sets the prices and then we have to add on something to cover carriage, which we keep to a minimum. The problem is that these low value items still have to keep processed, printed, packed and posted - which all add on cost to a supposed low value item. We do fully explain prices to customers. We're not sure why it was hard to get through to us, we have got a fully functional phone system. It does get VERY BUSY in April when we get inundated with calls. This also helps to explain delivery time, which was a little longer than we would like, but was within our stated T&C's. In fact you ordered on the 7th and we sent out on the 12th - 5 days which actually included a weekend. So not too bad.
