Hi there thanks for your feedback. Please accept my apologies for the delay with this order. I can confirm that we were out of stock when you ordered and we had several revised delivery dates from the manufacturer which turned out to be wrong. To compound the problem your consignment was lost by Fedex. The stock we received was only enough to cover back-orders, so we ran out, and the factory went on their yearly shutdown (it is a very old fashioned factory). So I can confirm everything we told you was true, it is just that stock was low at the time. It is also a seasonal product (for spring / summer weeds) so stocks are low at this time of year. Apologies once again for problems with this order.
