Dear Tatiana Thank you for your feedback. The products we have selected for our Moth Killer Kits are proven to work effectively when applied, according to the instructions, to the correct areas. If your treatment hasn’t completely removed your moth issue then repeat treatment is advised, until the problem is resolved. There is a description on our website of everything that will be received within your Kit and all the products are important when tackling a Carpet Moth problem as they will target where an infestation occurs. The products that you have listed which you say should also be provided in this Carpet Moth Killer Kit are included in our Clothes Moths Killer Kit - could this be the source of the problem? Our Clothes Moth Killer Kit does include products that can be placed in wardrobes and drawers to target moths there. If you have moths infesting in both carpets and clothing storage areas, you would need the Clothes Moth Killer Kit in addition to your Carpet Killer Kit. Our traps attract the adult male moths of the following types: Webbing Clothes Moth, otherwise know as the Common Clothes Moth (Tineola bisselliella) Case Bearing Moth, otherwise know as the Case Making Moth (Tinea pellionella) White Shouldered House Moth (Endrosis sarcitrella) Brown House Moth (Hofmannophila pseudospretella) If the moths you are targeting are not one of the above types, then our Traps will not be attracting them. There could be a few reasons that our Traps may be catching less moths: If you have been using the Traps regularly it could be good news because there are less moths present in your home. It might be due to the stage in their breeding cycle which means there are less active adult male moths flying around. Are the Traps placed at least 3 feet above floor level? Do you have any other types of moth deterrent in your home, as this can interfere with the pheromones in the Traps? We would advise keeping the Traps in place, although you can move them around areas where you suspect moths may be present, as they are active for 8 weeks after opening.
