We have contacted DPD and were informed that you have requested a change of delivery address, which takes a few days to be actioned in the US and have delayed the delivery. They will give us more details later today once the US office is open. We will keep in contact with them to do our best to see if the parcel can still be delivered before you leave. It appears that we did not receive the emails. It was either caused by a system error, or emails sent from your email address are not accepted by our system.
