All orders placed before 4PM are usually dispatched on the same day and we have an excellent record in this regard. All emails are answered within 2 working days, with most enquiries receiving an answer the same day. Unfortunately as we came to confirm, emails from the email address you used are not accepted by our emails system. We did not receive your email enquiries.
