Very persistent and pushy brokers who try to be competitive, But once they’ve hooked you in not so helpful. Thank goodness for 14 day cancellation policy!

Thank you for your feedback, we are always concerned about reading such a review.
After looking into this, I can see that the issue was after a policy was taken out we were advised of a claim on a previous policy which resulted in the loss of no claims bonus.
This was an unfortunate set of events, but perhaps an unfair review. We wish you all the best.
