We are unable to offer live shipping calculations for products varying in weight from 100g to 40kg. Our site gives indicative costs for overseas orders of typical sizes and for some product groups but to make checkout easier, we cant show every option.
We offered the option to cancel the order or pay a small additional amount of shipping, but cannot do anything about the £25 charge that Swiss Customs levy on parcels which we have to also take payment for.
