Didn't like level of personal detail asked for. Some of the fields remembered my personal details. When I clicked out to T C the data I put in disappeared.

I thought that I would be able to get a quote online, but it turns out that you just pass on my details to a third party who call me up. I didn't want to be called up, I wanted to get a quote online...

Lacks insurance produts but straightforward.
The website was easy to use, however, it seemed to lack insurance products such as car, home, pet and travel insurance. Other than that I was an efficient website.
