Bracelet lovely, gift service not as expected!

I ordered a bracelet and expected the gift to come addressed to the recipient (I thought I had done this when filling in order) so they could open it. It had a gift card in but was not wrapped up...

I do apologise for this, we do have a additional comments box where it can be requested to not include the receipt.
I will pass this information onto the web developers and see if there is anything we can change to make it clearer and prevent it happening in future.

Next day delivery took 4 days. As it was Easter, online should be updated to give accurate information.
