Long wait to get to speak to someone at Mini Warrenty unless you phoned at 8am. Once connected staff were very helpful. Mini Warrenty website not good - tried to get quote for Mini Assistance...

Needs clearer direction for excess

I found that I had to ring up for clarity as I didn’t realise that you had to add excess in a different area, so it’s not that obvious. Otherwise I would not have renewed as price was too high.
