Item not received - lost in transit!
Unfortunately I had to contact the company as the item I ordered had not been received by the last date that they had advised. I was told that the item was 'Lost in transit'. Maybe not their fault...

Far too many emails and updates
I don't need so many emails telling me every move. I ordered 2 pairs of socks which could have been posted rather then spend £3.99 on a courier.
