Thank you for the overall positive feedback. Regarding the ink I called Canon and was astounded to learn that the printer does not come supplied with ink as you correctly stated. In my opinion that is a first! The reason Canon gave is that the ink has to match the paper. So you order both together. I apologise for misleading you and would like to offer you a discount on a future purchase (for example ink/paper etc)

Dear Customer, many thanks for the positive feedback overall. I am sorry about the slight delivery delay but actually I checked and it was on target as it was ordered on a Thursday and your area was a 2-day delivery area. There are no weekend deliveries unfortunately. Anyway our apologies if this was not clearly explained to you when you ordered. Most of Ireland is next day delivery but some remote areas can take an extra day. Also the courier must get a signature and cannot just leave the goods anywhere or to another address without authorisation.
