How do we deal with fake reviews?

Response, via emai, was quick and thorough. Items were packaged well and printed very well I did NOT however, get the tracking number text and email until after the items were already delivered.

I WAS WRONG!! The original box WAS sent UPS. That is 100% on me and my bad. I misread the labels on the box. Thank you Elizabeth, for the call! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Other than the charge for shipping to get to Alaska, this company is absolutely WONDERFUL and I would put in 3 more orders right now if it wasn't for them only using UPS as their shipping options. Hopefully they will expand to offer USPS as well!
