I am really sorry to hear about this problem. Have you been able to move the sliding knots as this is the only way to make the bracelet bigger and adjustable. There are very few occasions when our bracelet do not fit, in case people have a bigger wrist than usual but I doubt this would be the case for a 4 years old. Let me know if you manage to make the sliding knots work and I'm happy to take a look at it otherwise if you can send it back to us using our Free Return label.

I am sorry to hear your bracelet has discoloured. As the braid is made of cotton we advise to avoid contact with water when possible. We know however that lots of people - including me :) - like to never take off their bracelet so you can always send us back your bracelet for a restring using our Restring Section if you want to change the colour.
