Just had a complete disaster with the finger prick blood test as I tried twice and followed all help to get a clear sample only to get back two failed attempts

I have to use a clinic for the blood test. The nearest 'partner' Medicheck will use is 20miles away -not convenient.

Amazing lady in customer service got part results for me to take to Consultant. Note 14 working days for some results. I missed the working days bit. Very fast and efficient service. Will use again
