I apologise that you feel the postage cost is too high. The charge of £1.95 includes postage and packing and this cost remains the same no matter how many packets of seeds you order. The charge is priced for the products to take 3-5 working days in the post.

The reason that the money is taken when a customer orders is to secure the order that they have placed. As many of our items are not shipped immediately due to the nature of the product, this ensures that they will be held for you until they are dispatched.
I apologise that you were unhappy with the service and hope this comment explains the reasons behind the process

Why do you have to leave a comment for every one. They all came together. This sort of thing really gets up my nose. If I wasn't satisfied I would tell Marshalls. I probably wont order from them...
