Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I was able to set up and get my insurance easy and quickly. I was trying with other company's and they where no where near as efficient as Markel. Great customer service and great pricing.

Total lack of response to emails. They valued my phone at £20 more than they actually gave me despite my phone being in excellent condition. The packaging they send is illegal.
