It’s really disappointing that you weren’t happy with the way in which skiers were organised during your stay. Although our staff are now banned by French law from skiing with guests, we have worked hard this winter to ensure that guests are put together in groups so I’m sorry you were unhappy and promise that your comments have been passed on.
