Not impressed with the policy of parcels having to be signed for, especially when I work full time.

I do not like your response - the feedback was given because you asked for it not because I required a response. I do not feel that that your response is helpful or will encourage me to shop with you again. I do not expect to be corrected on my opinions or get into any kind of debate with you. I have amended my ratings as requested but they reflect my opinion now - maybe you should have left well enough alone.

Excellent website, excellent prices, excellent customer service (should you need it)
