Please be assured that all pallets leave our yard in sound condition and are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. It sounds like the damage occurred during handling at the courier's distribution centre, which unfortunately is outside of our direct control. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we're currently raising this with the courier to ensure they review their handling procedures. Your safety and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
