Thank you for your 5 star review of Mainland Aggregates Ltd! HIAB delivery isn't economical for small orders. If we were to start offering this service on small orders we would have to charge customers 3 times the price which they wouldn't accept. This is why we are very clear in displaying the delivery method before purchase to allow you to make a decision that works for you.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the goods had already been dispatched before you informed us there was going to be an issue. We did arrange with the haulier to deliver to the alternative address but unfortunately this was not corrected on the bag labelling. We did inform you on the day that the driver would take it to the new address still with no issue but you insisted on unloading it where it was.
