Overall happy with service, however fenland stone bulk bag was more powder than stone. I appreciate some settling and grinding occurs but there was more powder. Having had a previous delivery...

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry there was an issue with your stone. Indeed a lot of abrasion occurs during production which we compensate for by adding more material to the bag. All Gabions are unwashed due to there size and thus some fine material will be present. It is disappointing that we weren't given the opportunity to rectify this before review.

Thank you for your feedback. It is extremely disappointing to see that the actions of a Pallex driver have resulted in us receiving a low rating for our service. The team work very hard at this end to ensure the process runs as smooth as possible but unfortunately for us we have no way of influencing the actions of drivers who are 3rd party sub-contractors.
