Thank you for your response. Credits can only be issued after the weighbridge tickets have been returned to us so the correct amount can be calculated. The speed at which this happens always varies depending on the haulier and the origin of the product but it is always dealt with as quickly as possible. It is a shame you didn't contact us regarding this before leaving a review as we could have chased it up and hopefully got a better review.
