Disappointing review. Jewsons were drafted in to carry out the delivery as there were some issues with our usual delivery network with cuased your initial delay. This meant the product was delivered on a crane vehicle at no extra charge and at the price you were happy to pay.

Thank you for your message. I am afraid there was no smaller vehicle available for your delivery. Any request for delivery by a vehicle other than our standard vehicle needs to be made by telephone and will usually incur an additional charge. We hope you enjoyed our explainer video showing the delivery process though!

Thank you for your message. Please accept our apologies that you were contacted at work. Had you not provided this number at the website checkout when placing your order it would not have been passed on to the delivery company as an alternative contact means. It is such a shame that this incident has effected your review of what was otherwise great service.
