Thank you for your feedback. You should have received a welcome letter shortly after subscribing, so please accept my apologies that this did not arrive. The next issue of magnet will be published later this month. I will also arrange for a free copy of the previous (winter) issue to be sent to you.
To access the magazine online, sign into www.ourmagnet.co.uk using your email address and the same password you used setting up the subscription. If you're not able to log in, please contact subs@hymnsam.co.uk and we will fix this for you.
I haven't received a magazine yet and have just found an e-mail in my inbox asking me to reset my password so I am wondering if my order has not gone through. I have responded to the e-mail.

As yet I haven't received a magazine. I have just responded to an e-mail asking me to reset my password and wonder if my order hasn't in fact gone through.
It was easy to view sample copies of previous editions online and easy to order online.
