Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We have been recently made aware that some customers are experiencing delays and / or blockages due to the spam filter settings, in particular with MSN Hotmail and also Google Gmail. Our technicians are working hard to resolve this issue and in the meantime we are of course always very happy to send copy confirmations or paperwork out to customers upon their request by Royal Mail post.
